Vidas são tiradas todos os dias pelo simples fato de serem negras. Não importam o que eles estão vestindo, onde estão, o que estão fazendo. Eles estão sendo mortos.

Nossa equipe é formada por 14 mulheres, brancas, pretas e indígenas. A gente nunca vai saber o que nossas colegas passam. Somos banhadas em privilégio. Não sofremos com isso. Quando um policial aborda um preto ele é morto. Brancos nem chegam a ser abordados. Essa não é a realidade somente do Brasil ou Estados Unidos. Isso acontece o tempo todo em todo o globo.

George Floyd, João Pedro, Ágatha Felix, Breonna Taylor e incontáveis outros foram pessoas que tiveram suas vidas roubadas. Eles não estão mais aqui, porém, seus irmãos sim. A luta contra o racismo é constante. Precisamos usar nosso privilégio parar falar sobre isso.

Escutem ao próximo, aprendam com eles. Vamos fazer o possível para mudar a realidade na qual estamos inseridos. Usem suas vozes. Não permitam que esses acontecimentos se tornem algo comum. Confira abaixo links de petições para todos que puderem, assinarem e divulgarem em todas plataformas.

Black lives are taken every day by the simple fact that they’re black lives. No matter what they’re wearing, where they are, what they’re doing. Black people are being killed.

Our team is formed by 14 women, we are white, indigenous, black. We’ll never know what our colleagues going through. Some of us are bathed in privilege. We don’t suffer from it. When a cop approaches a black man he’s killed. White people don’t even get boarded. This is not the reality only at Brazil or the United States. It happens all the time in the entire world.

George Floyd, João Pedro, Agatha Felix, Breonna Taylor and countless others who had their lives taken. They’re not here anymore, but we are. The fight against racism is constant. We need to use our privilege to talk about it.

We have to listen to each other and learn with them. We’ll do everything we can to change the reality we’re inserted into. Use your voices. Yell for justice.
